SPECIAL MRP LAUNCH GRACE PERIOD
USSHBA would like to extend a ONE TIME GRACE PERIOD to Members and Non-Members alike. IF you join USSHBA by July 1st, 2018, you may retroactively submit your USEF Standings for competition years 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017. Points will be doubled in the years where MRP Participant was a USSHBA Member. A specialized submission form is available for reporting retroactive scores.
PLEASE NOTE: Going through this retroactive process MAY unearth situations where correct registrations were not applied. It is the SOLE responsibility of the USSHBA Member to rectify these occurrences with USEF for all future reporting, USEF WILL NOT award points retroactively for improper registrations. If discrepancies are resolved with USEF for future reporting, and USSHBA Member can provide USSHBA proof of that resolution, USSHBA will grant the appropriate MRP placing and MRP points for prior years. Deadline for ALL retroactive submissions is 12.31.18.
Thank you, and Good Luck!
